Welcome to Valmai House & Motel

Valmai House is a Grand Heritage Villa built in 1901 of solid NZ Kauri timber and is situated in the heart of Cambridge, New Zealand.

Valmai House can accommodate a total of 18 guests including couples or a total of 14 guests if single occupancy per room is required with a mixture of ensuite rooms and rooms with shared bathroom facilities.

We also have four self contained motel units which sit along side the Villa and sleep another 16 people, so we can accommodate a total of 34 people in our complex at any one time so we can accommodate large groups.

Handy to all Cambridge venues including Grass Roots Velodrome, St Peters, Cambridge Racecourse, Hobbiton,Waitomo Caves, Cambridge Town Hall, Lake Karapiro, Don Rowlands Centre, Mystery Creek and The Red Barn Wedding Venue.
